These houses were not owned by Zubayr, but Abdullah bought them from the family of Afif bin Nabih al-Sahmi, from the son of Monia - as it is said - and God knows best.
And there is a house in it called: Dar al-Zinj, but it was called the Zinj house because Ibn al-Zubayr held Zinj in it.

The mountain group Thabir consists of six parts:
1 Thabir Geina (1)…..
2 The Thabir el Zang (jabal al-zanj) is so called because the black slaves of Mecca when fetching wood there play games
(here it is a part of the)
3 Thabir el Nachil (2)……..
Note: At least the following authors have the story of the mountain Thabir or Thabyr or Thaber of the Zanj.

(1) Thabir Geina: called Samira in pagan times , above the well of Meimun , towers with its peak above the valley of ' Ali and the valley of the Hadhramaut in Mina ; the top has the name Dsad el-Catada from the camel foot catad (Astragalus tragacantha).
(2) Thabir el Nachil: and is also called el - Ochowana ; to it belongs the hill el - Chadhra , and at its foot are the dwellings of the Hashimids ; The waterway of Mina passes here. There on the square el-Lit the Meccans in rose-colored, fragrant clothes used to gather and talk in the evenings, and from the beautiful clothes the place got the name Ochowana, which means a fragrant, colorful flower .
